Should you wish to return a clothing item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for an online credit or exchange.
Your online credit is valid for 3 months.
We do not offer refunds.
No refunds will be granted on accessories and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on accessories, unless damaged /faulty on receiving.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
If the clothing item/s is unsuitable please communicate to make the necessary return arrangements.
If you would like to exchange the clothing item, a collection will be arranged and paid for by Bscene. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery back to you.
One may also return/exchange their order at Bscene, Berea, East London with prior arrangements made.
Online goods needing to be returned from outlying areas will be at the cost of the customer.

Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is broken or damaged or faulty.
